How long is a buffet session?
Each buffet dining session is 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to choose, cook and enjoy your favourites.
Does everyone receive their own hotpot?
Yes. Every guest receives an individual mini hotpot with one soup base. Upgrade to a divided individual pot with two soup flavours for an additional $4.
Do young children eat free?
Children aged 1–4 eat free during every lunch and dinner session. Children’s pricing is assessed according to the calendar year of birth.
Can you accommodate large groups?
Yes. We welcome family gatherings, team dinners, birthdays and celebrations. For bookings of 10 or more guests, please call your preferred restaurant.
Is parking available?
Bankstown offers free parking via Kitchener Parade. For Hurstville, free street parking is available near Woolworths.
What time does the kitchen close?
The kitchen closes at 2:30 pm for Monday–Friday lunch and at 9:00 pm for dinner from Monday–Sunday. The restaurant closes at 10:00 pm.
Is there a public-holiday surcharge?
Yes. A 10% surcharge applies on public holidays.
